Needle's Eye Island, officially Needles Eye Island, is an island in or near The Brock Group, west of the head of Stovin Island, in the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario. It covers about 0.2 hectares (0.6 acres), with 0.2 km (0.2 mi) of shoreline, and rises to 79 m (260 ft) above sea level. The name was adopted officially on 6 June 1952.
