Dor-Syl-Mar Island
About
Dor-Syl-Mar Island, officially named Pullman Island and also known as "Pullman", is an island in the Town of Clayton, Jefferson County, New York. It covers about 0.5 hectares (1.3 acres), with 0.3 km (0.2 mi) of shoreline, and rises to 78 m (257 ft) above sea level.
Pullman Island did not exist until a storm washed out the connection that had made it part of Grenell Island. A bridge was later built to connect the two again.
