Scow Island
About
Scow Island is an island north (downriver) of Rabbit Island and west of Oak Island, in the Town of Hammond, St. Lawrence County, New York. It covers about 0.6 hectares (1.4 acres), with 0.4 km (0.2 mi) of shoreline, and rises to 79 m (260 ft) above sea level.
A yacht house stands on Scow Island near Chippewa Bay, one of several smaller yacht houses in the area.
