Oriental Island is an island in the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario, in or near The Brock Group, southwest (upriver) of Skelton Island. It covers about 0.3 hectares (0.7 acres), with 0.3 km (0.2 mi) of shoreline, and rises to 77 m (254 ft) above sea level. The name was adopted officially on 23 March 1967.
